Stratford Parks and Recreation will be hosting an aqua Zumba class in the Flood Intermediate School pool at 490 Chapel St. The class will be led by Renay Minkin, a licensed instructor.
Renay uses Latin and International music to create an easy and fun aquatic dance exercise program. No swimming skills required. Pre-registration is required. Call 203.385.4052 or visit www.townofstratford.com/recreation for more information.
Or call Renay at 203.522.2616. The 8-week evening class, will be held from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. beginning on Thursday, Sept. 15. The cost is $60 for residents and $65 for non-residents. Bring bottled water and water shoes to class.
