Long Beach West Commission to Convene Tonight

The blue ribbon commission meets for the first time.

The Long Beach West Blue Ribbon Commission is having its first meeting at 5:30 p.m. tonight, June 6, in room 213 at Town Hall.

Commission Chairman Patrick Gribbon explains, "Our initial meeting will be to introduce each other and to set in motion our efforts toward finalizing a long term plan and commitment to LBW [Long Beach West]. It is a wonderful opportunity to improve and return this asset for the benefit of all the people of Stratford. The environmental and wildlife concerns should be a watch word for all to consider. I believe we have a great team put together to accomplish the goals to be set forth by the commission."

Editor's note: Stratford Patch will be covering the meeting, so check back for the story.
