Startford's Kondakor Accused of Fraud
Owner of AAA Construction allegedly defrauded homeowner out of $5,000.
Stratford's John Kondakor, 45, faces fraud charges after allegedly being hired to repair a homeowner's roof but never returning to do the work after receiving a $5,000 check, police told the Connecticut Post.
Kondakor, owner of AAA Construction, was arrested Tuesday on charges of third-degree larceny, offering to do home improvements without being registered and failure to provide three days to cancel a contract. He was released after posting $5,000 bond.
