Man Charged with Operating Drug Factory in Stratford
Local man also faces firearms charges.
Complaints of crack cocaine trafficking in the Success Avenue vicinity led to the arrest last week of a 43-year-old local man, police said Thursday.
Ronald Marcellus was charged Friday with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, operating a drug factory, criminal possession of a firearm, altering a firearm and theft of a firearm.
Marcellus gave police a Milford address but he uses multiple addresses in the area, Police Detective Sgt. David Gugliotti said.

Marcellus was held in lieu of $150,000 bond.
