Stratford and the rest of Southern Connecticut could be in for a rough day and night.
The National Weather Service warns that storms this afternoon and especially later tonight could produce severe conditions with the primary threats being damaging winds, torrential rainfall and large hail.
A Hazardous Weather Outlook has been issued for the area. With the heavy rains, flooding is also a concern. The skies will clear tomorrow for a mostly sunny Thursday.
