Commercial Building Scene of Burglary Arrest
Stratford man allegedly taken into custody with burglar's tools.
A Stratford man was arrested Nov. 19 after police allegedly found him in the act of burglarizing a commercial building in Milford.
Police said they spotted the suspect, identified as Frank Secchiaroli, 37, run into the building on Old Gate Lane carrying pieces of metal at about 5 p.m. A K9 unit reportedly located Secchiaroli hiding inside a vehicle in the building.
Once apprehended, police reportedly recovered a cutting instrument and other burglar tools, and pieces of assorted metal were also found in the area.

Secchiaroli was arrested on charges of third-degree burglary, possession of burglar tools, criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer. He was held in lieu of a $30,000 bond.
