Snow removal

Snow removal from sidewalks continues to be an issue around Stratford along with the parking bans. People are responsible to remove the snow from sidewalks in front of their house or business. I do not know why the Town of Stratford does not enforce this rule with fines or tickets. Cars are snowed in on the sides of the road all over my area which is the Bruce Ave / Hollister area. The town could make a killing on revenue if the police enforced the snow removal and ticketed the cars that are blocking the road not allowing the town to come by and remove the extra snow blocking roads making it impossible to travel down them. The police should do something about this issue now.
