Shakespeare Rally

Bergman, international musical theatre performer is coming to The American
Shakespeare Festival Theatre grounds (1850 Elm Street, Stratford CT) on Friday,
7 pm, July 11th (rain date, July 12th).  Ms. Bergman will be present a free concert at
the Shakespeare Rally sponsored by SaveOurShakespeare group,
including selections from musicals adapted from Shakespeare’s plays. Her
appearance is in support of a state-of-the-art restoration of the Theatre to
its original 1,500-seat capacity along with The Shakespeare Inn, a 130-room
destination of choice.

Also
on the program is Philip Langner, former owner of The Westport Playhouse and
son of the founder of The American Shakespeare Festival Theatre.
