A Break from the Rain

A rain-free day is on tap today as temperatures rise to some 15 degrees above normal for this time of year. The rain will make a return, however, for the middle of the workweek.

It looks like there is finally some light at the end of the tunnel. The stalled cold front that has been plaguing us with clouds and showers these last few days looks to finally move out of here just in time for your weekend.

Monday: We’ll see mostly cloudy skies with temperatures well above normal in the low-80s. Overnight lows in the low- to mid-60s.

Tuesday: There will be some patchy fog in the early morning, otherwise mostly cloudy skies during the day. Continued mild with highs in the upper-70s. Clouds will be on the increase during the overnight hours with showers likely late. Overnight lows in the low-60s.

Wednesday: Early morning fog with clouds and showers likely throughout the day. Highs will be in the mid- to upper-70s, with overnight lows in the mid- to upper-60s.

Thursday: A very similar day to Wednesday. We’ll have clouds with showers likely on and off throughout the day. Highs in the upper-70s. Lows in the upper-50s.

Friday: Partly cloudy and seasonable. Highs near 70 degrees. Overnight lows will be a bit on the cool side around 50 degrees.

Stay tuned for more updates.
