Shakespeare Rally

Hello everyone, especially, theatre-cultural-entertainment lovers.  On July 11th (rain date:  July 12th) the SaveOurShakespeare group will be hosting a free concert with Anna Bergman, international musical theatre star on the grounds of The American Shakespeare Festival Theatre, 1850 Elm Street, Stratford, CT.  This concert is an effort to keep the restoration of the theatre in the political limelight; the town council is making its final decision about saving the Theatre or letting it be torn down by developers.  The Stratford Stage Group LLC, has presented an amazing plan with financing in place to refurbish the Theatre to a state-of-the-art house and construct an appropriately designed and sized, Shakespeare Inn, on the property - making it a destination of choice as well as providing funding for maintaining the Theatre.  Please come out and support this grand effort.
