A wayward tractor-trailer this morning is the cause of two lane closures on I-95 northbound between exits 30 and 31, according to the Connecticut Post.
The right and center lanes are reportedly closed and traffic is backed up to exit 27 after a tractor-trailer fell down an embankment between those two exits.
