Masterman Thriller Next for Stratford Library Book Talk

The Stratford Library “Books Over Coffee” program continues its 2013 fall series with a discussion of Becky Masterman’s debut novel, Rage Against the Dying on Wednesday, October 30th at noon.  “Books Over Coffee” is hosted by Stratford educator and author Kathleen Faggella.
Rage Against the Dying introduces Brigid Quinn, a 59-year-old former undercover F.B.I. agent who has a history of hurting serial killers. Author Masterman is a former editor of medical textbooks for forensic examiners and law enforcement which comes in handy for her thrilling new novel that finds Bridget haunted by one old case.
Participants are invited to bring a bag lunch to the program and coffee and tea is also served.  Limited reading copies of Rage Against the Dying are currently available for loan at the library’s Circulation Desk.
