A Stratford man was arrested Sunday and charged with driving while intoxicated after police said they stopped him for driving with a flat tire.
Milford police on Bridgeport Avenue stopped David Liscinsky, 39, at 2:30 a.m. Sunday, and, subsequent to his arrest, an intoxilyzer test indicated "an elevated blood alcohol content," police said.

Liscinsky was also charged with failure to drive right and reckless driving.
He posted $500 bond and is due in court May 9.
