Located in the North End of Stratford on Chapel Street, Flood Middle School serves grades seven and…More eight and is one of two public middle schools in Stratford. The school was named in honor of Stratford resident Harry Barlow Flood. Barlow was Town Manager of Stratford from 1945 until 1963, and under his leadership both the Boothe and Longbrook parks were established, as well as several schools including Bunnell High School.</p> <p>Flood Middle School opened in 1972 and offers a diversified and comprehensive curriculum.</p>
