Stratford Academy – Johnson House is the home for the academically gifted Advanced Learning Program, open district-wide to students in fourth through sixth grades who academically qualify.

The school is also the home of the Art S.M.A.R.T. (So Many Artist/Achievers Doing the Right Thing) program, an arts enrichment program. In addition, the F.A.M.E. (Fostering the Arts and Movement Education) program is housed at this location. This program offers a collaborative curriculum taught by specialists.

Stratford Community Services is open Monday through Friday from 8am - 4:30pm and evening hours are available by appointment.

Other offices and programs located in the complex include Stratford Youth Sports Association, CT Energy Assistance Program, Counseling and Social Services, CARE and the Stopping Underage Drinking in Stratford Coalition.

The group puts on several concerts per year, ranging from Broadway show tunes and pop music to folk music and traditional songs. The "Sister Cities" of the group's name comes from the consortium formed by the various "Stratfords" in Canada, England, Australia, New Zealand and the United States. The consortium gathers every two years for a reunion in one of the Stratfords on a rotating basis.
