State Sen. Kevin Kelly of Stratford represents the 21st Senatorial District including the towns of Monroe, Seymour,…More Shelton and Stratford. Kelly is currently the Assistant Town Attorney in Stratford and previously held the position of Town Attorney. He is a member of the Lordship Father’s Club, Our Lady of Peace Parish and is active in youth coaching leagues. He is a member of the Lordship Improvement Association, former Chairman of the Southwest Connecticut Agency on Aging, Inc. and former member of the Estate Planning and Elder Law Section of the Greater Bridgeport Bar Association. He was also a former member of the Stratford Inland Wetland and Watercourse Commission, Aging Commission, Tourism Commission, Hill & Harbor Visitor’s Bureau, and Community Development Agency. He is an owner and partner in the Bishop, Jackson and Kelly, LLC, law firm and a former investigator for the state of Connecticut. Kelly earned a B.A. degree at Assumption College and an M.A. degree from Fairfield University. He also attended Notre Dame Law School and the University of Connecticut School of Law. He resides in the Lordship section of Stratford with his wife, Cindy.
