Stratford Community Health Center

Stratford Community Health Center is part of Optimus Health Care Inc., one of the largest providers of health care services in the region. Optimus is a not-for-profit organization that provides 24-hour on call care in under-served regions, including the entire town of Stratford. The company also receives federal and state funding to help provide these services even to those without health insurance coverage. Services include primary health care, which includes medical, dental, obstetrics and gynecology, behavioral and mental health.
