Boothe Memorial Park & Museum is located in the north end of Stratford by the Housatonic River and is a historic place. The park, which is free of charge, is open year round and is the home to various volunteer clubs and organizations, including the Great Pumpkin Festival, outdoor concerts and summer plays. The grounds also include picnic areas, an amphitheater, patio area, indoor dining hall, a wedding and rose garden, the Summer Cottage Genealogy Library, Carriage House, Americana Museum, Miniature Lighthouse and Clocktower Museum.
