Holiday Concert

Where: Stratford Library (Lovell Room)

What: The Baldwin Chamber Players will perform their annual Holiday Concert, featuring music from a variety of time periods.

Wednesday

Open House at Porter and Chester Institute

When: 3 p.m.

Where: Porter and Chester Institute, 670 Lordship Boulevard, Stratford

What: Want to learn more about the hands-on career training at Porter and Chester Institute? Join us for an open house and tour our career training facility.

Thursday

Last Technology Sandbox of the Year

When: 2 p.m.

Where: Stratford Library (Lovell Room)

What: E-Readers? Tablet computers? MP3 players? iPods? You’ve heard of them. Are they for you? Come to a Library Technology Sandbox. A Technology Sandbox is a place: to be exposed to new technology; to try new applications; for grownups to play.

Jazz Night

When: 7 p.m.

Where: Stanziale's Restaurant, 595 Main St., Stratford

What: Ken Cicerale and Jim Tutunjian perform their "Intimate Jazz" every Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m.
