919 New Jobs for Stratford?

Study shows that nonprofit arts - like our Shakespeare Theatre - can bring real benefits to the town: jobs, tax revenue and economic gains to local businesses.

In Seattle, the nonprofit arts and culture sector is worth $447.6 million annually, according to a study released by its mayor.  (See full article:  http://ow.ly/btciT)

Stratford’s population is 8.5% of Seattle’s 600,000.  Seattle’s median household income is about $4,000 less than Stratford’s $64,364, according to the 2010 census data.

So, a city that has a little less disposable income to spend still benefits from having a vibrant nonprofit arts community. With all other considerations equal, what are the possible benefits should Stratford follow the same arts-support model that Seattle does?
