'Glimpses of Nepal' Adventure Talk & Film

Stratford family therapist, playwright and world traveler Orna Rawls will talk about her adventures in present-day Nepal on Thursday, November 8 at 7 p.m.

Did you know of the 14 mountains that top 8,000 meters, eight are in Nepal.

Stratford resdient Orna Rawls, who trekked around the Everest Base Camp and the Annapurna range, will talk about the unique culture of trekking and the traditions, religions and people of Nepal.

A filmed presentation of her adventures will accompany the talk. Mrs. Rawls enthralled a standing-room-only audience previously at the library with lectures on both Nepal and Tibet.
