South End Community Center and Stratford Library – Teen Services Department sponsor our annual Black History Month Contest and Celebration for ALL Stratford students in grades 3 - 8.
Essays or art must be returned to the Stratford Library Teen Services Department by January 25, 2014.
All entries must include: students name, age, grade, school, teacher and contact number.

First, Second and Third place prize winners will be formally announced and awarded their prizes on Saturday, February 8, 2014 in the Stratford Library Lovell Room at 11 am.
