Sandy Hook Tree

The 2nd Graders of St. James created a 26 Acts of Kindness Christmas tree in honor of the victims of Sandy Hook. The tree was created using branches from a 26 Acts of Kindness activity, where each student and teacher throughout the entire school wrote down random acts of kindness they would undertake throughout the days of December. The activity and tree highlight how the St. James School community follows in God's footsteps, choosing love and kindness over violence.
