The tools practiced in these classes can be practiced by anyone from any background or religion. In this non-religious, technique-based class you will finally learn what meditation and mindfulness are and how you can practice them in your own life.
This special class is specifically designed to demystify these powerful tools that can help each of us deal with the stress and challenges of our lives, families, jobs, etc. Beginners welcome! Come to one class, or attend them all.

Class is taught while seated in chairs, so no special dress code is required. This class is appropriate for anyone 16 years or older. Younger students are considered, so please contact for pre-approval.
Classes are taught by gifted and experienced teacher with more than 20 years of experience. She has taught and inspired students ranging from senior executives to U.S. Military Special Forces personnel, police, paramedics, NYC Firemen, homemakers, and students. She has also taught meditation to troubled teens and children, as well in a corporate environment.
