Who is Your 2012 Stratford Teacher of the Year?

Stratford Public Schools are accepting Teacher of the Year nominations.

Most of us can name our favorite teacher. It might have been an instant of compassion, the way he/she taught, or their passion for their subject. No matter how they did it, they inspired us!

In participation in the National Teacher of the Year Program, the Stratford Public Schools in conjunction with the Stratford Board of Education, the Stratford Education Association and the Connecticut State Department of Education, are asking you to vote for the 2012 Teacher of the Year.

This is an opportunity for Stratford students and families to publically recognize the hard work and positive influence of their favorite teachers.

Any full-time, tenured Stratford public school teacher who has not won in a previous year may be nominated by an adult for the 2012 Teacher of the Year. Nominations are being received by Bunnell High School until 4pm on Friday, April 8th, 2011.
