will offer a five-week exercise program in the Alexander Technique, from Sept. 24 through Oct. 22.
The Alexander Technique is an exercise program that offers a way out of poor posture, fatigue and pain, and is recommended for anyone who would like to stand, sit and move with less strain or discomfort.
The series will be taught by Joan Frost, certified Alexander instructor, on Mondays at 9 a.m. in the upstairs main room. The class is open to the community; the fee is $15 for the series, or $3 per individual class.
