Voter Turnout in Stratford Less Than State Average

The top ten municipalities in Connecticut with the highest turnout in the 2012 elections.

Voter turnout in Stratford this year was a couple percentage points less than the state average.

Out of 32,672 eligible voters, 23,283 voted, according to figures provided by the Connecticut Secretary of State's office.

That equates to 71.26 percent of the town checked as having voted. Statewide turnout this Election Day was 73.8 percent.

10. Killingworth – 85.35 percent
