Chris Murphy (D): Murphy has raised $16,000 since earlier this week, bringing his campaign fund total to $5.59 million, reports the New Haven Register. Democratic rival Susan Bysiewicz currently has $2.4 million.
Linda McMahon (R): Politico reports that McMahon has improved since her last campaign and is now "Linda 2.0." They say that this makeover has left the candidate more "toned down."

Rosa DeLauro (D): DeLauro has co-sponsored a new bill introduced by Congressman Edward Markey, reports PharmaTimes. The Trial and Experimental Studies Transparency Act of 2012 aims to have all eligible clinical studies results posted on ClinicalTrials.gov within a year.
Wayne Winsley (R): Winsley held an open candidate's forum on Thursday at the East Haven Senior Center.
