Stratford Woman Nabbed for Shoplifting at Kohl's

A 48-year-old Stratford woman was charged with larceny after she allegedly attempted to steal $316 worth of merchandise from a .
Luz Arenas, of 1155 South St., was apprehended by store security Dec. 31 after reportedly leaving the store without paying for her items, police said.
Orange police responded to the shoplifting call and charged Arenas with sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court Jan. 23.
