Stratford Resident Punches Photo, Strikes Youth: PD

A 37-year-old Stratford resident was arrested Saturday in Milford for allegedly punching a photo that broke the glass frame then striking a juvenile.

Sylvia Waller of Reitter Street is charged with risk of injury, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct for the alleged incident at a Wepawaug Drive home Saturday night around 10:30 p.m.

Waller was released on a promise to appear for a court date on Sept. 24.
