Stratford Police Looking for Suspect in Hit-and-Run

The victim is reportedly in critical condition.

are searching for the vehicle and driver involved in a hit-and-run Tuesday on Barnum Avenue that sent a motorcyclist to the hospital with serious injuries.

According to information transmitted over the scanner, the suspect fled in a Mazda-type vehicle with a license plate ending ZXX. The accident happened near Barnum Avenue's intersection with Randolph Street.

The Connecticut Post is reporting that the driver who fled is a young female with blonde hair. The vehicle is either white or silver, according to the Post.
