Police Arrest Trio for Narcotics

Officers arrest two Stratford men and one Bridgeport man.

The following is a press release.

On Sept. 13 officers from the Narcotics Vice and
Intelligence Unit, Special Response Team (SRT), K-9 Teams and the Bridgeport
Emergency Services Unit (ESU) executed three narcotics-related search warrants ending a months-long investigation into alleged drug activity.

The warrants were served at 202 Canaan Road and 84 Winter Street in the Town of Stratford. Bridgeport’s ESU served the third warrant at 120 Colony Street in the City of Bridgeport.

The subjects of the warrant were Benjamin Johnson (DOB 09-20-1984) who resides at 202 Canaan Road and William Genetti ( DOB 03-04-1955) who resides at 84 Winter Street. A third party, Brian Draper (DOB 10-30-1965) was taken into custody at the Bridgeport location.

Each was charged with Possession of Narcotics With Intent to Sell, Possession of
Marijuana and Operating a Drug Factory. The trio is scheduled to appear in Bridgeport Superior Court on Sept. 20.
