Stratford Man Charged in Shelton Burglary

David James Sullivan faces a third-degree attempted burglary charge, among other offenses.

A 35-year-old Stratford man was arrested Monday on burglary charges related to an incident in Shelton.

David James Sullivan of Judson Road is charged with third-degree attempted burglary, fourth-degree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal trespass.

He was arrested at a Walnut Tree Hill Road home in Shelton, police said.

His bond was set at $25,000, and he is scheduled to appear in Derby Superior Court to answer the charges.

Is he from Judson place in Stratford or Judson road in Stratford? Any word of what his car looked like? There was a burglary near by and we know there was a white pick up truck, just checking for any correlation.

I'm assuming Shelton police meant Judson Place. I'll check with our editor there.
