Stratford Man Charged in Shelton Burglary

David James Sullivan faces a third-degree attempted burglary charge, among other offenses.

A 35-year-old Stratford man was arrested Monday on burglary charges related to an incident in Shelton.

David James Sullivan of Judson Road is charged with third-degree attempted burglary, fourth-degree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal trespass.

He was arrested at a Walnut Tree Hill Road home in Shelton, police said.

His bond was set at $25,000, and he is scheduled to appear in Derby Superior Court to answer the charges.
