On Monday, August 13, Robert Gonzalez Jr. of Main Street was arrested after the Narcotics, Vice and Intelligence Unit served a search warrant for narcotics.
Found at the residence was more than 5 ounces of marijuana and a small quantity of a hallucinogenic mushrooms.
Gonzalez was charged with: Possession of Marijuana With Intent to Sell 21a-277(b), Violation of Possession with Intent to Sell within 1500 feet of a Housing Project 21a-278a(b), Possession Hallucinogenic Substance 21a-279(b).
Gonzalez was issued a court date of August 22. Bond was set at $25,000. Gonzalez was able to post bond and was released.
In June 2012 Stratford Police Narcotics Vice and Intelligence served a search warrant at the home of Gonzalez, which resulted in his arrest for marijuana charges.
