Matthew Miner, 20, of Nichols Avenue in Stratford, is charged with first-degree criminal trespass and interfering with an officer.

Police said while investigating a break-in at Shelton Square Nov. 11 they found Miner in Olympia Sports. He matched a description of the suspect, police said.

Miner fled when approached, but was eventually caught, police said. His bond was set at $1,000 for an appearance in Derby Superior Court.
