Stratford Hit-and-Run Suspect Pleads Not Guilty
Stratford woman, charged with felony evading, appeared in court Wednesday.
A 35-year-old Stratford woman charged with felony evading for appeared in court Wednesday.
WTNH reports that, through her attorney, Courtney Holifield pleaded not guilty and is due back in court Oct. 3.
"She's from California, she didn't know the area. She went home, got her husband immediately and called the police," Holifield's attorney told WTNH.

The victim, a 25-year-old Bridgeport man who was riding a motorcycle when he was struck, remains in the hospital with neurological damage, according to WTNH.
