Spate of Residential Burglaries Reported in Stratford

The Stratford Police Department is advising residents that there have been several recent burglaries in town, particularly in the Lordship neighborhood and in areas west of Broadbridge Avenue near the Bridgeport town line.

Please keep all doors and windows locked when not at home. Lock your vehicle when it is unattended. Also, if your home and/or vehicle is equipped with an alarm, please ensure that it is working properly and don’t forget to turn it on.
