We have a fine Police Dept.and it is not understaffed according to our govt. officials. Our police cannot prevent all crime, but it does a fine job in bringing perps. to justice.

What would help is if businesses who employ the use of security cameras would actually position them in a manner where you could see the persons face. These cameras are great, they just need a qualified technician to set them up.
