Resident Processed for No-Show Warrants

The following arrest information was supplied by the Stratford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A Stratford man with three outstanding PRAWN warrants out for his arrest was picked up by Bridgeport authorities early Wednesday and processed at Stratford police headquarters.

The warrants against James Brown, 31, of 89 Birdseye St., were out of Milford, Fairfield and Stratford, and stemmed from original charges of sixth-degree larceny, fifth-degree larceny and risk of injury, according to a police report.

Each warrant for failure to appear came with a court set bond of $1,000. Brown was unable to post the $3,000 bond before his court appearance Thursday morning, police said.
