Police Blotter -- Friday, Feb. 22

Hamden Police made recent arrests on charges of drug possession, criminal trover, violation of a protective order and more.

 

-- Michael Girolomoni, 42, of an unknown address, was charged Jan. 22 with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphenalia, failure to keep drugs in its original container and drugs near a prohibited place. He was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on Feb. 5.

-- Theodore Hawley, 40, of 11 Dix St., was charged Jan. 25 with violation of a protective order and second-degree breach of peace. He was held in lieu of $25,000 bond and was arraigned Jan. 28  in Meriden Superior Court.

-- Lenny Hutchins, 52, of 43 Alenier St., Hamden, was charged Jan. 19 with weapons in a motor vehicle. He was released on a promise to appear  in Meriden Superior Court on Jan. 31.

-- Teresa Ilapalcoyoa, 39, of 22 Dewitt St., New Haven, was charged Jan. 23 with sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear  in Meriden Superior Court on Feb. 6.

-- Robert Johnson, 26, of 167 Gilbert St., West Haven, was charged Jan. 20 with operating under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane. He was released after posting $500 bond and was arraigend Feb. 1  in Meriden Superior Court.

-- Deborah Jones, 44, of 442 Shelton Ave., New Haven, was charged Jan. 25 with violation of probation. She was held in lieu of $100,000 bond and was arraigned Feb. 8  in Meriden Superior Court.

-- Katherine Lewkowicz, 18, of 83 North Condor Dr., Rocky Hill, was charged Jan. 25 with sixth-degree larceny. She wsa released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on Feb. 6.

-- Kristina Packard, 44, of 8 Towne House Rd., Hamden, was charged Jan. 22 with failure to appear in court. She was held in lieu of $5,000 bond and was arraigned Feb. 5 in Meriden Superior Court.

-- Synthia Payne, 31, of 364 Pine Rock Ave., Hamden, was charged Jan. 24 with sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court. on Feb. 26.

Juan Posada-Hernandez, 28, of 168 Blachely Ave., New Haven, was charged Jan. 22 as being a fugative from justice. He was held in lieu of $100,000 bond and was arraigned Feb. 5 in Meriden Superior Court.

--Florence Pugh, 39, of 77 Grove St., Ansonia, was charged Jan. 25 with possession of narcotics and illegal manufacture, distribution or sale of a perscription drug. He was held in lieu of $20,000 and was arraigned Feb. 15 in Meriden Superior Court.

-- Dwayne Sayles, 19, of 481 Valley St., New Haven, was charged Jan. 20 with first-degree criminal trover, two counts of third-degree larceny and interferring with an officer/resisting arrest. He was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on Jan. 22.
