Stratford Man's Obstructed Plate Leads to DUI Arrest: Cops

Stratford man nabbed in Milford on a DUI charge.

A 29-year-old Stratford man was arrested on a DUI charge early Tuesday in Milford.

Police say Patrick Masloski of Elm Street was driving down Bridgeport Avenue about 1:30 a.m. when police noticed an item obstructing the view of his license plate.

A subsequent motor vehicle stop found Masloski to be operating under the influence and a Breathalyzer test revealed an elevated blood-alcohol level, police said.

The Stratford man’s bond was set at $500. He is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 20.
