Cross admitted to police he was yelling at his uncle, and that he had grabbed a knife, police said. And when the victim, Cross' uncle, went to enter the house again, Cross allegedly stood in the door, knife in hand. The victim then backed away.

Cross told police that he then dropped the knife while the argument continued.

Police charged Cross with threatening and disorderly conduct. Bond was $500 pending a court appearance on June 3.
