Community Update

ordered from their online store back in December, 2013 and have still now received the item ordered. They however deducted the money from my account on the day ordered! I've emailed and called their store leaving a voice mail. Finally on Jan. 22, 2014 I received an email from an owner of the company telling me that he sees the item was ordered back in Dec., that he would check on the status and get back with me by the end of that day. Today is Feb. 10th and I have heard nothing! Checking their facebook page, I see I am not the only customer with this same problem.
