Obituary: Natalie Zuk Biesadecki, 87

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, Feb. 19 at 9:30 a.m. (DIRECTLY) at Holy Name of Jesus Church, Stratford

Natalie Zuk Biesadecki, age 87, of Stratford, the beloved widow of Chester Biesadecki, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013 in Bishop Wicke Health Care Center, Shelton.

Mrs. Biesadecki was born in Derby to the late John and Anna (Wienewski) Zuk, and has been a longtime Stratford resident. She was a retired cook at the Ye’ Olde Restaurant in Stratford.

Survivors include her beloved children William Biesadecki and his wife Janice of Ansonia, Christine Biesadecki of Stratford and Maryanne Wieland and her husband Rod of Watertown, Wisconsin, three grandchildren, Kate Charron and her husband Michael, Matthew Wieland and his wife Lori and Megan Wieland and her fiance' Don Warhol, two great-grandchildren, Brock and Gwen Wieland and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a sister Stella Zuk and brothers William and Myron Zuk.

The family would like to express gratitude to the Pavilion 4 Staff of Bishop Wicke for the great care given to their Mom during her stay and special thanks, to her personal caregiver and friend Pat LaReau for her compassionate care.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, Feb. 19 at 9:30 a.m. (DIRECTLY) at Holy Name of Jesus Church, Stratford. Interment will be in St. John’s Cemetery Monroe.

At the family’s request calling hours have been omitted. The Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford has been entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
