Obituary: Nanette 'Nan' Mlodzianoski, 95

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Feb. 28 at 9 a.m. in the Galello-Luchansky Funeral Home

Nanette "Nan" Cipolla Forth Mlodzianoski, age 95, of Stratford, passed away peacefully on Feb. 25, 2013 in the Hewitt Health and Rehabilitation Center with her loving family by her side.

Nan was born on Sept. 12, 1917 in Bridgeport and was the daughter of the late Paulino and Josephine Cipolla.

Nan graduated from Harding High School in 1935 and was the former proprietor of Stratford Monument Works. She enjoyed traveling all over the world and visiting many different casinos and loved spending time with her family.

Nan is survived by two sons William Forth and wife Johanne of Milford and Paul Mlodzianoski and wife Debra of Greenville, Maine, eight grandchildren William Forth Jr. and Cindy Rodgers, John Forth and wife Theresa, Michael Mlodzianoski, Steven Mlodzianoski, Susan Mlodzianoski, Sabrina French and husband Larry, Stephanie Scivoletti and Sheena Scivoletti, five great grandchildren Stephanie Forth, Jesse Forth, Lindsey Forth, Kyley McCool and Larry French, a loving niece Connie Trenske who gave care and compassion for Nan for the past several years, special nephew Jack Lynn and wife Amy of Monroe and several other nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband Joseph Mlodzianoski, Nan was also predeceased by one son Glenn Forth, one brother Nuzio Cipolla, one sister Grace Lynn and daughter-in-law Dale Forth.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Feb. 28 at 9 a.m. in the Galello-Luchansky Funeral Home, 2220 Main St., Stratford at 10 a.m. in St. Joseph's of Stratford National Catholic Church, 1300 Stratford Road, Stratford where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Michael Gitner.

Interment will follow in St. Michael's Cemetery. Friends may call at the Galello-Luchansky Funeral Home on Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m.
