Eleanor C. Kennedy, age 101, longtime resident of Milford, entered into eternal rest on December 6, 2012 at Milford Health Care Center.
Born on September 3, 1911 in Stratford, she was the daughter of the late Anna and Peter Mango and beloved wife for over 63 years to the late Victor Kennedy.
She was retired from Donahue Sales of Milford and sold Avon for 50 years. Eleanor was loved by everyone who knew her and she will be greatly missed.

Eleanor is survived by her cherished daughter, Sharon Schreiber and her husband, Dave; one granddaughter, Kim Komar and loving nieces.
In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by two sisters, Mary Shipe and Lena Basso and three brothers, Danny, John and Pat DeCarlo. The family would like to thank all the nurses and CNA’s at Milford Health Care Rehabilitation who showed such compassion and kindness to Eleanor.

Services and interment will be private. Arrangements are being handled by the Cody-White Funeral Home, 107 Broad St., Milford, CT 06460.
