Community Update

Called to get car emissions done. Used them last few years.
Called Tuesday. Man answered. Said dyno was down n call back Wednesday. Called back Wednesday. Woman answered. Asked yr of my car. She said because it's older I could only come at certain hrs.
Doesn't help I'm a customer.
She stated I could go somewhere else. I said really I was trying to be a loyal customer but I guess you don't care.
Sum it up-when u try to give the duly business business to keep me around they think they have more power to fuck you over.
Hope her boss reads this.
