Adults have not been forgotten. Don has individual and group lessons for us as well. I am taking lessons from him now. He is good. Kind, not harsh and I have already shaved 5 strokes off my game. If the ball is not doing what you want it to, talk to Don.

The 2012 season at is shaping up to be an exciting one. Glow Ball Golf will be starting in May. Look for the schedule on our website, www.townofstratford.com/shortbeachgolfcourse,or join us on facebook.com/shortbeachgolfcourse to get the schedule and check out specials in the Snack and Pro Shop.

The atmosphere is friendly and if you don't have time to play 9 holes in 3 hours at other courses come on down and play in under an hour and a half. Then go to the beach and veg out or check out the 10th Hole at Knapp's Restaurant.

For those buying a Loyalty Card (10 rounds plus 2 free) once the card is used up throw it in the fish bowl for a drawing. The drawings during the summer will be held weekly.

The hidden gem in Stratford is indeed making its way back.
