Wilcoxson Elementary 5th Annual Walkathon and 85th Birthday Celebration

On October 25, 2013, the Wilcoxson Elementary School PTSA will be sponsoring its 5th Annual Wildcat Walkathon. In conjunction with the Walkathon we will also have a ribbon cutting ceremony to kick or walk off our year of celebrating 85 Years of Wilcoxson Elementary. We would love to extend an invitation to all past alumni, teachers, administrators, and anyone with a connection to Wilcoxson Elementary School to support the students, a grade, favorite teacher or Principal! Two ways that you can show your support is to come out the day of the event and walk with the students and teachers. The other is to send a donation to support this Wilcoxson PTSA sponsored event so that the PTSA can continue to be able to provide events and programs to the students, teachers and the Wilcoxson school community. Event programs will be distributed on the day of the event, which will list the names of both the individuals and businesses that have made monetary donations to this event.

The proceeds from the Walkathon will go directly to the Wilcoxson PTSA. So that the PTSA can continue to provide, finance and sponsor PTSA/school activities. Some examples are: Winter festival, Talent Show, Teacher Appreciation Week, Scholarships, Father/Daughter dances, Mother/Son Bowling, Field Trips, and much, much more. The students, teachers and all the Wilcoxson families benefit from PTSA sponsored activities.
