Flu Clinic Open to All Residents!

The Stratford Health Department is hosting a
flu clinic on Wednesday, October 2, from 9 am to 11 am at the Baldwin Center,
1000 West Broad St., Stratford, CT 06615. The flu vaccine will be available for
all residents aged 6 months & older. 



 All residents are encouraged to get the flu
vaccine. Don’t wait ‘til it’s to late to fight the flu!



 No appointments are necessary for the October
walk-in clinic. Vaccines will be given on a first come, first served basis.
Parents or guardians must accompany their children. We are accepting Medicare
Part B, Anthem BC/BS, and Connecticare. We do
not accept United Healthcare
.  All others will be charged a $25.00 fee for
the flu vaccine, payable by cash or check.
