Zumba Sentao (zumba with a twist)

Stratford Recreation offers a new twist to the standard  Zumba class, taught my instructor Kate Mascia.  Monday’s class will feature Zumba, an easy to follow Latin dance class and Wednesday’s will be Zumba Sentao, a fun new class centered around a chair.  These classes meet at the Baldwin Center January 7 thru March 6, 2013, Monday & Wednesday 5:30-6:30pm.  Fee is $85.  Register December 26 thru January 5, 2013 at the Office or online at www.townofstratford.com/recreation
